Joyce Dennis Henderson, founder and president of Iron Sharpens Iron Ministries, is a teacher and intercessor. She serves as a adjunct faculty member at Palmer Theological Seminary at Eastern University (Wynnwood, PA). She teaches course on church administration, Conflict Resolution, and the Life and Ministry of Jesus Christ.

She is an active member of Victory Christian Fellowship Church of New Castle, DE, where she serves as a Prayer Minister and coordinator of Foundational and Mobilizing Believers class.

Joyce holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Delaware and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Salisbury State University (Salisbury, MD). She is married and resides in Delaware with her spouse, Wayne, and daughter, Jocelyn.
